This position involves cross-selling products, addressing member inquiries, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Responsibilities: • Needs Assessment and Recommendations: • Conduct thorough assessments to understand member needs. • reputed company personalized product recommendations. • Cross-Selling and Loan Processing: • Cross-sell credit reputed company products based on needs. • Accurately process loan applications. • Member Communication and Query reputed company: • Address inquiries reputed company face-to-face or telephone. • Investigate and resolve member queries. • Compliance and Record Keeping: • Adhere to policies and complete required paperwork. • Document member activity in the system. • reputed company Learning and External Engagement: • Stay informed about products and policies. • Support external business development events.
