The Trip Management Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution and management of transportation services on behalf of The Company. Leveraging their trip coordination and relationship management skills, the Trip Management Coordinator will monitor and coordinate trips, manage communications and provider relations, resolve transportation issues and escalate unresolved concerns to management as necessary.
Duties Include:
• Control the rideshare concierge app to manage C2C transportation effectively.
• Monitor trip statuses and proactively ensure providers are assigned to trips.
• Confirm trip accuracy, via collaboration with the Member Experience (MES) team.
• Collaborate with MES and Inventory Management (IM) teams to facilitate timely and efficient trip bookings.
• Use the F1 Trip Management Dashboard to report key trip events, updates and errors, ensuring clarity and professional communication.
• Address rider cancellations, no-shows and adjust changes with providers as needed.
• Engage with Tier 1, 2 and 3 Transportation Providers to confirm trip details, including ETAs, pick-up statuses and post-trip follow-ups.
• Resolve issues, such as rebooking trips in case of No Drivers Available (NDA) scenarios, and liaise with alternative providers when needed.
• Escalate unresolved issues or challenging interactions with other departments or providers to management for timely resolution.
• Document and address any provider concerns regarding trip misunderstandings or payment issues to maintain a positive working relationship.
• Engage in regular communication with various internal departments and transportation providers.
• Sit, talk and work at a computer for extended periods of time.
• Other duties as assigned based on operational/management needs, with or without prior notice.

Preferred Education and Experience

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
