Remote - Part-Time - Medical Receptionist

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities: • Promptly answers phones and responds to emails • Scheduling appointments, managing schedules, and other clerical/administrative tasks • Manage lab order requests • Uploading files into EHR system(s) • Managing medication reputed company; contacting pharmacies as necessary • Conduct prior authorizations reputed company appropriate. • Managing reputed company intakes with direction from clinician • Create and maintain patient records • Answer patient questions and address concerns in a reputed company manner • Manage reputed company media accounts Position Requirements: • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Top-Notch customer service and phone etiquette • High School diploma or GED certificate • Experience working in a medical office/clinic • Intermediate to advance experience with reputed company Office Suite • Experience in weight loss and mental health highly desirable! • Experience with electronic medical records (EHR) highly desirable! • Experience posting on reputed company media a plus Benefits: • reputed company time off (PTO) • Retirement plan (401 K) through reputed company • Bonus pay • Work from home!
