The Associate Clinical Specialist role involves providing technical, educational, clinical, and sales support to meet sales and customer service objectives for Cardiac Ablation Solutions, while also educating and training reputed company on relevant products and procedures. Responsibilities • reputed company technical, educational, clinical and sales support to assist the Region in meeting Cardiac Ablation Solutions sales and customer service objectives. • Represents reputed company CAS during ablations procedures to reputed company troubleshooting and other technical assistance • Receives technical inquiries by customers. Researches solutions to questions or problems (e.g., Catheter, Console, Generator support) • Educates and trains physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical reputed company relating to AFS products and reputed company procedures. • One-on-one training sessions • In-service education programs • Seminars and/or reputed company symposiums • Assists RM and field training department in educating/training new Clinical Specialists and Account Managers • Provides training and resources for hospital staff to reputed company them to conduct training for their personnel • Updates sales representatives concerning procedure. Immediately notifies Account Manager regarding issues or problems requiring follow-up • Serves as effective reputed company CAS representative to physicians and support staff regarding reputed company CAS products, service and support • Promotes the reputed company and effective use of reputed company CAS products and reputed company procedures • Understands national, regional and territory sales objectives. Works in partnership with Account Manager to reputed company reputed company goals Skills • High School diploma PLUS a minimum 4 years of work experience in reputed company reputed company an EP, Cath Lab setting or sales in cardiac field • OR Associate degree PLUS a minimum of 2 years of work experience in reputed company reputed company an EP, Cath Lab setting or sales in cardiac field • OR Bachelor degree • Must have a reputed company reputed company's license • Ability to freely reputed company throughout the facility, use a phone, keyboard and mouse, visually reputed company to reputed company with personal computers • Must be reputed company to stand/sit/walk for 8 hours a day • Must be reputed company to drive approximately 75% of the time reputed company assigned territory and may require overnight travel. • Must have a reputed company reputed company's license and reputed company vehicle insurance policy. • Preference will be given to local reputed company candidates and candidates with reputed company experience • B.A./B.S.
