Job Summary
As a full-time Evening Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls from members, addressing their healthcare questions and concerns, and providing timely and effective solutions. You will build rapport with callers, verify and collect demographics, and update systems as necessary. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to determine the best course of action to assist our members, connecting them with internal and external resources as needed. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from members, addressing their healthcare questions and concerns in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner
- Build rapport with callers, verifying and collecting demographics, and updating systems as necessary

Qualifications
