Role Overview

As an Operations Chat Support Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in providing top-tier service to our customers through website live chat. Your primary responsibility will be to interact with customers via live chat on business websites, addressing inquiries related to products and services. You will utilize provided resources to deliver accurate and prompt responses to customer questions, ensuring a positive and supportive experience for our customers.
