About the Role

As a Part-Time Data Entry and IT Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for assisting employees in reputed company aspects of end-user computing, including software/hardware installations, updates, and general maintenance of PC desktop/laptop systems and peripherals. Key Responsibilities

• Organizes, installs, monitors, and maintains IT clients' desktop software and hardware; supports mobile workforce
• Provides consultation to IT clients on reputed company aspects of end-user computing and desktop-based LAN systems software

• Provides on-site training to clients
• Resolves and closes tickets/work orders supporting end-user desktops and peripherals

Essential Qualifications
