Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
- Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
- Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Providing feedback on call issues to help us improve our services
- Upselling when required, to ensure our customers receive the best possible solutions

We are looking for fearless and compassionate individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. If you have a passion for healthcare and customer service, we want to hear from you. Our ideal candidate will have:
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
- 6 months of customer service experience preferred, although we are willing to train the right candidate
- Over 18 years of age
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer systems and proficiency in Windows operating systems
- Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex conversations with ease
- Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
- Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

To work from home with blithequark, you will need:
- A reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
