**Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat channels
* Resolving technical issues and answering customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Maintaining a deep understanding of our clients' products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and other devices
* Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOs, or comparable technology is preferred
* Offering additional products and services to customers
* Providing expert customer experiences with a smile
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Fluency in both French and English
* 1+ year of experience in customer service
* High school diploma or equivalent
* A quiet and distraction-free workspace at home
* Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Master of multi-tasking
* Desire to learn new technologies
* A computer (laptop or desktop) for testing on PC and Internet
* High-speed internet (no Wi-Fi/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
* A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
* Experience in a similar customer service role
* Knowledge of CRM software and customer relationship management
* Familiarity with our clients' products and services
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
