**Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the power industry. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Handling a high volume of calls from customers, providing support and assistance with power outage issues, making payments, creating payment plans, and starting/ending service.
* Offering additional products and services to customers, such as surge protection, home wiring, and water heater repairs.
* Upselling and cross-selling to customers, with the goal of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Providing technical support and assistance to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions, including calls, emails, and chats.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* **Prior Experience**: At least one year of experience working as an inbound customer service agent, with a strong background in upselling and cross-selling.
* **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
* **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using multiple screens and entering data while engaging in conversation with customers.
* **Time Management Skills**: Ability to manage your time effectively, meeting various program goals around phone time, customer experience, sales, and other metrics.
* **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* **Background Check**: Eligible candidates must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
**What We Offer**
* **Competitive Compensation**: Starting pay is $29,120 - $35,000 ($14.00/hr. base) plus bonuses and/or commissions.
* **Accrue Paid Time Off**: Up to 3 weeks of paid time off after your first year of employment.
