You will be passionate about improving both the customer and content author experience, and you will aggressively deliver on incremental projects and tactical work that contribute to a world-class localization function within blithequark's Customer Service. **Key Responsibilities** * Receive daily translation/localization requests from internal team and stakeholders * Create and manage translation projects in the blithequark Translation Management System (TMS) by outsourcing to vendors * Coordinate and communicate project delivery timelines based on project volumes, and translation/review process needs * Troubleshoot issues or questions regarding target audience, file type, and business requirements * Respond to linguistic queries from translation vendors. Request feedback from internal stakeholders and coordinate with vendors for implementation * Use project management methodology, including risk management; plan, scope, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard, ensuring they meet the requirements of the business **Ideal Candidate** The ideal candidate will have the ability to comprehend complex technical concepts and processes. They will have demonstrated project management experience, and the organizational discipline to track and manage work for several complex projects simultaneously. The base pay for this position ranges from $56,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $118,900/year in our highest geographic market.
