**Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service Call Center Agent at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:
* Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats with customers

**Hardware and Software Requirements**

* Windows PC/Laptop with a minimum 14" monitor/screen
* Windows 10 or 11 with at least 8GB RAM (4GB usable)
* Intel or AMD Processor
* Windows Defender antivirus and Firewall must be turned On
* United States-based High-Speed Internet Only (cloud-based internet is not acceptable)
* Wired connection to router/modem is REQUIRED (Wi-Fi is not permitted)
* 10+ Mbps download speed and 3+ Mbps upload speed are the minimum speeds accepted
* Mobile Hotspots (T-Mobile, Verizon), Satellite, and VPNs are NOT permitted
* ISP must be STABLE and located within the USA and its territories
**Technology Requirements**
To effectively perform your duties, you will need to meet the following technology requirements:
* High-Speed Internet with a wired connection to the router/modem
* Dual monitors recommended
* USB Wired Headset (wireless headsets are NOT compatible)
* External speakers or sound on your computer
* External Wired Mouse
* Webcam
**Telephone Requirement**
While the actual phone calls do not utilize your device, it is essential to have phone access for a "PIN call" to complete necessary verifications. A cell phone is preferred, but a landline number is also acceptable for fulfilling the verification and authentication requirements.
