Job Overview
This is a fully remote, 6-month contract position with a high likelihood of becoming permanent. As a Remote Outbound Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for making high-volume outbound calls to potential new members, explaining the benefits of our services, and signing them up for packages that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities
- Make an average of 70+ high-volume outbound calls per day to potential new members, educating them about the benefits of our health and wellness services
- Follow a call script while maintaining a natural and engaging tone, ensuring that each interaction is personalized and effective
- Set up packages of appointments with Registered Dietitians, addressing any questions or concerns that members may have about tele-nutrition
- Escalate any issues to the team leader as needed, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to resolving challenges efficiently
- Work independently in a remote environment, maintaining high levels of productivity, motivation, and organization
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess the following essential qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience working remotely in a customer service, outbound sales, or outbound support role
- Proven experience in a high-volume outbound calling role, with the ability to make 75+ calls per day without compromising quality or getting burned out
- Experience using a MacBook or iMac (Apple laptop/Desktop) in a professional work environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple responsibilities and priorities
- Ability to work independently but efficiently from home, with reliable personal computer/laptop running Windows 11 or MacOS 12.7.4 or higher
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate fluently and effectively in both languages
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience with Zendesk or Athena Health, demonstrating familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and healthcare technology
- Proficient in Google Suite applications, with the ability to leverage digital tools to enhance productivity and collaboration
