About the Job

We're seeking an experienced Remote Part-Time Customer Experience Associate to join our team. As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and developing lasting relationships with our customers through various channels, including live chat, phone, and email. You'll serve as a proud brand ambassador, championing our core values and maintaining knowledge of our products, including fit, styles, and inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service and develop lasting relationships with customers via blithequark channels for communication – live chat, phone, and email.
  • Serve as a proud brand ambassador of blithequark, constantly championing our core values to democratize fashion.
  • Maintain knowledge of all blithequark products, including fit, styles, and inventory.
  • Assist customers in finding styles that meet their individual style and events needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with the utmost care and respect by listening to their problems and offering creative resolutions.
  • Deliver personalized service while meeting quality and productivity goals.
  • Share customer feedback and information with other team members and leaders in order to continuously improve and evolve the customer experience.
  • Contribute to an empathetic, positive, and energetic team culture.

Who You Are

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have at least 2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment. You'll be a problem solver, able to think quickly and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. You'll be a multitasker, able to assist multiple customers at once while maintaining an exceptional level of service. You'll be a communicator, able to listen well and understand the needs of our customers and our business, and express your ideas clearly and persuasively to produce positive results.

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment.
  • Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills required.
  • Computer proficiency (G Suite, Google Chrome Browser, Slack, Zoom, etc.) required.
  • High-speed internet access provided by a cable or fiber provider with a minimum 10Mbps connection (blithequark will provide laptop & headset).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
  • Knowledge of fashion or apparel industry.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
