Job Overview
In this dynamic role, you will serve as the first point of contact for potential new members, educating them on the benefits of our services and the value of meeting with Registered Dietitians. Your primary objective will be to make high-volume outbound calls, explain our services, address questions and concerns, and sign up eligible candidates for packages that align with their needs. Key Responsibilities
- Make an average of 70+ high-volume outbound calls per day to potential new members, explaining the benefits of our services and the value of meeting with Registered Dietitians
- Follow a call script while maintaining a natural, engaging tone, ensuring that each interaction feels personalized and authentic
- Set up packages of appointments with Registered Dietitians, tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of each client
- Address any questions or concerns that members may have about tele-nutrition, escalating issues to the team leader as needed
- Utilize strong organizational and time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity
- Work independently in a remote setting, leveraging technology and resources to stay connected with the team and drive results
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience working remotely in a customer service, outbound sales, or outbound support role
- Experience in a high-volume outbound calling role, with the ability to make 75+ calls per day without compromising quality or enthusiasm
- Proficiency in using a MacBook or iMac (Apple laptop/Desktop) in a professional work environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple responsibilities and priorities
- Ability to work independently and efficiently from home, with reliable access to a personal computer/laptop running Windows 11 or MacOS 12.7.4 or higher
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate fluently and effectively in both languages
