Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Remote Part Time Flexible Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for providing inbound phone-based customer service, managing relationships with customers, generating additional sales through up-selling and cross-selling, and resolving complaints and general questions. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound phone-based customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage relationships with customers, generating additional sales through up-selling and cross-selling, and promoting our products and services
  • Resolve complaints, general questions, process orders, and complete various administrative projects as needed
  • Communicate with customers regarding all aspects of purchasing, owning, and returning our products, providing expert advice and support
  • Simultaneously manage multiple computer applications and technology tools, efficiently navigating Windows (MS Office) programs like Outlook and Excel
  • Achieve detailed knowledge of our products and policies, becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide expert service to our highly valued customers
  • Adapt to frequent changes in policy, product offerings, and Call Center operations, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn

Essential Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or higher
  • Two (2) years of in-bound, phone-based customer service and sales experience, strongly preferred
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to effectively use technology tools and resources required to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of the job
  • Experience working in Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and accurately record information
  • Proven customer service skills, with the ability to provide top-notch, outstanding customer service to our customers
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a larger and highly supportive team
  • Ability to sit at a computer and work on the phone for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Knowledge of e-learning products and services, or a passion for education and lifelong learning
  • Experience with sales and upselling, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues

Requirements for Remote Work

  • Secure home office environment, free from background noise and distractions, conducive to phone-based customer service support
  • Reliable high-speed internet ISP connections, with minimum upload/download speeds of 10 megabits per second
  • Schedule flexibility, with the ability to work the required hours, including evenings and weekends

Training and Development

We provide an in-depth, fully paid 2.5-week training program to all selected candidates, covering our products, policies, and customer service procedures. The training schedule is 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday.
