**Job Responsibilities**
As a customer service representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* Communicating with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple channels, including phone, chat, and email
* Scheduling appointments for customers and identifying root causes of inquiries through probing questions
* Utilizing our customer relationship management tool to research inquiries and document customer interactions
* Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and text while updating internal computer applications and systems
* Maintaining required product knowledge to deliver best-in-class service
* Exhibiting a positive attitude and bringing enthusiasm to work each and every day
* Proven record of great attendance and demonstrating skills as a team player
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills, clear diction, tone, and knowledge/use of proper grammar
* Ability to multitask by reading, typing, and navigating through applications while speaking with customers
* Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, management, and co-workers
* Strong desire to be helpful and take ownership of resolving customer situations
* Proven record of great attendance and demonstrating skills as a team player
**Technical Requirements**
As a remote 1099 Independent contractor, you will be responsible for providing your own equipment that meets the following technical requirements:
* Two screens (2 monitors or 1 monitor and 1 laptop)
* Windows 10 or 11 Home or Pro OS desktop or laptop (no Macs or Chromebooks)
* Hardwired internet connection directly to router (no WiFi accepted)
* High-speed internet: minimum 45 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload
* Working computer camera
* Use of a USB or wired headset with volume control & mute function
**Compensation and Benefits**
As a valued member of our team, you can expect:
* Competitive pay: $14.00 per hour (production) and $12.00 per hour (training)
* Flexible schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6:00 PM
* Training: 10 days, Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
