If you are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include: * Acting as a subject matter expert for corporate travel management organizations at blithequark * Building key business relationships with TMC accounts focused on business travel experiences for blithequark * Utilizing extensive judgment to manage pricing, cost analysis, and negotiations of all TMC agreements with the goal of maximizing revenue and yield in individual markets * Collaborating with legal and risk management teams to develop contract-official arrangements * Analyzing revenue, limits, and agreement performance to ensure objective consistency and profitability * Building key business relationships with TMC accounts focused on business travel experiences for blithequark * Developing marketing-related initiatives to drive sales efforts, working closely with marketing and business development teams * Managing the setup of TMC organization accounts through sales calls, arrangement planning, and coordination with pricing * Planning business development and lead generation of other organization accounts through collaboration with sales management teams to ensure exceptional entries are documented as needed and drive expected revenue per the terms of the agreement * Monitoring reporting and metrics to identify trends and develop a strategy to ensure the organization is positioned suitably in the market * Monitoring revenue, commissions, and agreement performance to ensure maximum incomes and sales objectives are achieved * Successfully managing and allocating time and resources, maximizing revenue opportunities at the most cost-effective rate for blithequark * Preparing and executing local sales plans according to corporate sales targets and ensuring blithequark is strategically positioned among its competitors and utilizes its position in the market **Work Experience, Education, and Skills** To be successful in this role, you will need: * 2 years of experience in outside sales, with a focus in the retail service industry or related field * A bachelor's degree, or 2 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of this degree * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) * High school diploma or equivalent * Must be eligible to work in the U.S. * Preferred qualifications include: + Earlier airline experience + Earlier exposure to and utilization of travel industry data reporting sources like Sabre and Amadeus + Proficiency with CRM tool Salesforce + Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive results to the greatest advantage of the organization + Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with different teams and workgroups + Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to conflicts arising from competing needs **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
