**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing timely and effective support through various communication channels. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information in a professional and empathetic manner
* Utilizing strong problem-solving skills to identify and address customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience and exceeding customer expectations
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, account changes, and resolutions
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
* Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
* Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
* Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
* Upsell products or services as needed
* Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
* Basic computer skills and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
* Strong active listening skills, with the ability to relay information and answer questions and/or concerns
* Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with customer service software and tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
