Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a 100% remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with a comprehensive training program to ensure your success. Our training schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm EST, for two weeks, followed by one week of nesting. After completing the training, you will transition to a flexible schedule between 8 am - 9 pm, Monday to Friday, with one weekend a month on a rotating schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound email, chat, and phone inquiries from clients to provide solutions for their property and casualty insurance needs
- Manage time and resources effectively to meet sales goals consistently
- Handle all interactions promptly and efficiently to minimize wait times
- Build rapport with potential customers to reinforce the value of blithequark's brand and our insurance products
- Build strong knowledge of products and services offered to provide exceptional customer service
Essential Qualifications
- Must have a current active resident property and casualty insurance license (General P&C, NOT Personal Lines)
- Licenses must remain active throughout the duration of the assignment
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Proven attendance reliability
- Flexible schedule requirements, with the ability to work evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven sales success within an inbound service environment, preferably a direct sales environment
- Insurance industry sales experience
- Service industry and/or Contact Center experience
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with deadlines
- Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and phone communication skills
- Excellent tracking, follow-up, negotiating, and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to consistently overcome objections
- Articulate, professional, and possesses a strong quality sales mindset with attention to detail
- Proven history of adherence to corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Strong computer background using MS Word, Excel, and Internet
