**Job Summary**
As a Full-Time Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative – Personal Lines, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their insurance-related questions, concerns, and requests. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions, ensuring they have the coverage they need. **Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their insurance-related questions, concerns, and requests
* Process customer policy change requests in a timely and efficient manner
* Take premium payments from customers, ensuring accurate and secure transactions
* Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, offer additional insurance protection, and solve or refer problems
* Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty
* Present and explain insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals
* Provide customers with additional information about new products and services
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance and best practices
**Requirements**
* Personal lines P&C license
* Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
* Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up
* Strong communication skills, both oral and written
* Great Customer Service Skills
* Driven and goal-oriented individual
* Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance industry
* Strong knowledge of insurance products and services
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
