Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to provide top-notch customer service to our guests and vendors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing guest relations, resolving issues, and ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and vendors via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Screen potential guests and provide support to resolve issues on Airbnb, VRBO, or Marriott
- Respond to guest inquiries and communicate with management via Slack
- Achieve 5-star ratings and Superhost Status by delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Write and respond to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, or other platforms
- Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams
- Report and submit damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement
- Build, manage, and report in-house maintenance labor
- Assist with the onboard of accounting systems and have a working knowledge of business financials/accounting
- Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management
Essential Qualifications
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and grammar skills
- Experience with Guesty and/or HostAI is a plus
- Ability to leverage AI for comprehensive guest messaging using ChatGPT
- Comfortable speaking English on the phone and using a VoIP to communicate with guests and vendors
- Available and reliable in CST and Eastern United States time zones
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to switch between tasks seamlessly
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field
- Familiarity with Airbnb, VRBO, or Marriott platforms
- Experience with Operto Teams and Guesty Shield
- Knowledge of business financials and accounting principles
- Experience in 3rd party vendor relations and tertiary market management
