**Job Description**
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for upholding the Administrator, Terminal Activities Business Support within the Terminal Tasks area of Disney Voyage Line. This role involves upholding the organization, correspondence, quality assurance, and project management of all areas of Terminal Activities, external vendors, technology, and Disney Voyage Line internal partners to ensure a seamless Visitor experience for their Disney Voyage Line excursion appearance.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Participating in the embarkation framework improvement, issues, upgrades, and communication strategy for Terminal Activities and core partners
* Ensuring consistent improvement of operational cycles to enhance Disney Voyage Line services both internally and externally
* Driving new cycles and projects to guarantee an ideal and precise completion
* Maintaining and updating datasets, such as Port Appearance Times, Daily Action Reports, and Quality Assurance Reviews, as well as reporting information for monthly summaries and on-demand requests
* Supporting the Terminal Support Manager with the Moderate interaction and citizenship questions and Cast Part advancement
* Supporting agenda arranging documentation for citizenship requirements
* Assisting in creating content, teaching, and adjusting crowds regarding business mix program improvement and execution plans for the overall Disney Voyage Line activity
* Recognizing issues and resolving issues connected with projects, content, and estimation to enhance project achievement
* Maintaining Terminal Activities documentation, including but not limited to working guides, forms, and Visitor embarkation insurance for accuracy and consistency
* Scheduling, Seating, and Recording the office gatherings
* Leading correspondence with partner regions, both internal and external, with any feedback as well as any operational updates or changes
* Attending and supporting Terminal Activities in Port Canaveral, South Florida, and Outports
* Occasionally supporting the Outport group by assisting with terminal/area launch tasks
* Leading Quality Assurance Reviews and scheduling Reviews for terminal activities
* Collaborating with other divisions within Disney Voyage Line to ensure a consistent Visitor experience
* Acting as a contact between Disney Voyage Line and all external vendor tasks
* Maintaining a positive working relationship with external vendors participating in the daily port activity, including but not limited to Custom and Border Insurance Authorities, Port Power, Local Policing, Stevedores/Watchmen, Security, and all Disney Voyage Line groups
**Essential Capabilities**
* Knowledge of voyage products, the journey business, and terminal activities
* Knowledge of internal and external connections and obligations as they relate to a journey terminal wharf activity, including but not limited to the following: Dock registration methods, Embarkation techniques, and Visitor transportation
* Exhibited solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
* Exhibited ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-speed environment
* Shown solid Visitor service skills
* Shown solid verbal and written communication skills
* Demonstrated solid analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills
* Travel industry experience
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
* Should have a passport, as this position may require international travel
* Ability to travel frequently to support terminal activity areas
* Ability to lift 50 pounds, push street cases that may weigh over 500 pounds, and use equipment in a warehouse setting (bed stacking, bed jack)
**Preferred Capabilities**
* Have over three years of voyage line dock activities or comparable experience
* Disney Voyage Line Manager and Base knowledge, strategy, methods
* Microsoft PowerApps/Power Automate
* Shown knowledge of Disney Voyage Line systems, including DXP, Seaware, and Fidelio
* Knowledge of migration strategy in regards to areas Disney Voyage Line sails from, including but not limited to the US, Schengen region, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand
