About the Role

As an Airline Customer Service Agent with blithequark, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, preparing documentation, and ensuring reputed company communication, internally and externally, for import operations. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare documentation prior to flight arrival or departure, review, organize, reputed company copies, and distribute accordingly.
• Travel to the Airport Operational Area (AOA) to meet flights upon arrival or departure to retrieve or drop off flight documents.
• Notify brokers or reputed company forwarders on the Master Airway reputed company (MAWB) of shipment arrivals at the warehouse facility or on hold.

• Collect appropriate charges and document the method of payment.
• Process "Customs Out" (reputed company of delivery) for every transaction before the customer's departure.
• Assist in the completion of MAWBS for over-the-counter shipments.
