Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist – Remote Live Chat Representative for blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support via live chat, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and concerns

  • Lifting up to 49 pounds and frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching, as well as standing and walking for up to 12 hours during shifts
  • Working in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud, and where the temperature and weather conditions may vary
  • Continuously climbing and descending stairs (applies to sites with stairs)

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • A strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas, including customer service, communication, and problem-solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders via live chat
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, as well as stand and walk for up to 12 hours during shifts
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, live chat support, or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
