- Utilize a range of software tools to address customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Collaborate with external shipping contractors to resolve domestic and international customer concerns
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customer issues are resolved to their satisfaction
