**Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* **Assisting Customers**: Provide exceptional support to customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs in a timely and professional manner.
* **Documenting Account Information**: Accurately document and input customer account information into our client system, ensuring seamless data management.
* **Providing Detailed Explanations**: Offer clear, concise explanations of account status and inquiries to customers, ensuring they're informed and satisfied.
* **Adhering to Regulations**: Comply with State and Federal regulations related to your job duties, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
* **Handling Delinquent Accounts**: Assist customers with delinquent accounts, following various state guidelines to ensure timely resolution.
* **Discussing Additional Products and Services**: Consistently discuss additional product and service offerings with customers on qualified calls, driving sales and revenue growth.
* **Utilizing Exceptional Communication Skills**: Employ exceptional communication skills to fulfill both client and customer goals, ensuring seamless collaboration and resolution.

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be measured on the following key results areas:
* **Maintaining Average Inbound Handle Time**: Ensure efficient call handling, meeting or exceeding our target average inbound handle time.
* **Achieving Quality Assurance Goals**: Consistently meet or exceed quality assurance standards, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
* **Adhering to Production Measures**: Meet or exceed production measures, including time spent on calls, schedule adherence, and other key performance indicators.
**Ideal Candidate Qualifications**
We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and professional individual with:
* **One to Two Years' Experience**: Previous experience working in a call center environment, with a strong focus on customer service and communication.
* **Microsoft Application Proficiency**: Proficiency in Microsoft applications, with the ability to learn software applications quickly.
* **High School Graduate or Equivalent**: A high school graduate or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service.
* **Strong Focus on Shift Attendance**: A strong focus on exemplary shift attendance, with a commitment to meeting or exceeding attendance standards.
**Technical Requirements**
For remote positions, we require:
* **Broadband Internet Connection**: A broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 mbps download and 20 mbps upload.
* **Hard Wired Connection**: A hard-wired connection, with no Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi hotspots.
* **Camera Requirements**: Cameras are required to be on during training from start to end of each shift (not including breaks and lunches).
