About the Role
Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide solutions to customer problems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
