Position Overview

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing competing demands
