About the Role

Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in customer service (preferred)
- Ability to type at a minimum of 30-35 words per minute
- Up-to-date anti-virus protection installed, with the ability to work in scan mode
