Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Remote Customer Service and Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. As a remote representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responding to emergency signals, answering incoming calls, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and one to three months related experience or training/certification preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and internet navigation
