About the Role
We're seeking highly skilled and motivated Remote Customer Support Representatives to handle incoming customer contact for our beach gear delivery company. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text message, providing accurate and timely solutions to their needs. We're hiring for three different support roles: Written Support, Phone Support, and Full Support, so whether you excel in written or verbal communication, we have a place for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a large volume of incoming calls, emails, and/or text messages in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve customer satisfaction and provide personalized solutions
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate methods and tools
- Meet personal contact handling quotas and consistently deliver high-quality service
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions, escalating issues when necessary
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and excellence
- Go the extra mile to engage customers and build strong relationships
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to adapt to different character types and situations. You should be comfortable working with computers and have a reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum 5 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload speed. A Windows computer capable of running multiple Chrome tabs without slowdown is also required, and you'll need a headset compatible with your computer. A quiet work environment free from distractions is essential, and you must be available to work weekends, with the busiest times being Saturday afternoons, Sunday mornings, and Monday mornings.

Compensation and Rewards
