Key Responsibilities

  • Gathering invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients
  • Scanning through information to identify pertinent data and correcting errors
  • Organizing information to optimize swift and accurate capturing
  • Creating accurate spreadsheets and entering and updating information into relevant databases
  • Ensuring data is backed up and stored securely
  • Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered and storing hard copies of data in an organized manner
  • Handling additional duties from time to time, as required

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma and have experience in a relevant field. You should have a good command of English and excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed. Proficient touch typing skills are also required.
