Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, maintaining a high level of professionalism and adhering to our Client Service Standards.
  • Act as a single point of contact for clients, keeping them informed and proactively resolving any potential issues or concerns.
  • Generate outbound calls to clients as needed and respond to inbound calls and emails in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to resolve complex issues and answer client questions.
  • Document client interactions in our internal systems to ensure seamless communication across departments.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance, even in a remote work environment.

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the mortgage industry, with a preference for experience in mortgage closing, processing, or funding.
  • Knowledge of different types of loans, including FHA and VA loans.
  • Familiarity with the mortgage process flow and established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate via phone and email.
  • A strong focus on client satisfaction and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Preferred Qualifications:
