- Assist customers with power outage issues, making payments, creating payment plans, or starting/ending service
- Meet and exceed sales and customer experience targets, while maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism in all interactions

Essential Qualifications
- Prior recent experience working as an inbound customer service agent for at least one year, with a proven track record of success in a similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Technically savvy, with the ability to easily learn and navigate multiple screens and enter data while engaging in conversation with customers
