Job Overview and Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls from patients and our client facilities, listening empathetically, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Using computer systems to navigate screens, notate interactions, and effectuate a positive patient experience
  • Performing administrative duties, such as managing email, completing assignments, and other tasks as required
  • Actively participating in regular departmental meetings, facility town halls, and individual meetings to provide feedback on customer service operations and process improvement strategies

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate a computer and use various software applications
  • Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented, analytical, and a creative problem solver
  • Proven track record of having a positive, solution-oriented attitude, and a great sense of humor
  • Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
  • Must have reliable, consistent transportation (note: this may not be required for remote work, but may be necessary for occasional in-person meetings or training sessions)
  • Ability to pass a background check and a drug screen
