Job Overview
In this dynamic role, you will serve as the first point of contact for potential new members, educating them on the benefits of our services and the value of meeting with a Registered Dietitian. Your primary objective will be to make high-volume outbound calls to eligible candidates, explaining our services, addressing questions and concerns, and signing them up for packages that align with their needs. Key Responsibilities
- Make an average of 70+ high-volume outbound calls per day to potential new members, explaining the benefits of our services and the value of meeting with a Registered Dietitian
- Follow a call script while maintaining a natural, engaging tone, ensuring that each interaction feels personalized and authentic
- Set up packages of appointments with Registered Dietitians, addressing any questions or concerns that members may have about tele-nutrition
- Escalate any issues to the team leader as needed, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to resolving challenges efficiently
- Utilize your excellent communication skills to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds, building trust and driving engagement through exceptional customer service
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of experience working remotely in a customer service, outbound sales, or outbound support role
- Experience in a high-volume outbound calling role, with the ability to make 75+ calls per day without getting burned out
- Experience using a MacBook or iMac (Apple laptop/Desktop) in a professional work environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple responsibilities and priorities
- Ability to work independently but efficiently from home, with reliable personal computer/laptop running Windows 11 or MacOS 12.7.4 or higher
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Zendesk or Athena Health, with a strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Proficient in Google Suite applications, with the ability to leverage technology to drive efficiency and productivity
- Previous experience working in a healthcare/wellness company, or a strong passion for health, wellness, and fitness, with a desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others
