Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional live chat support to customers, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

- Collaborate with internal teams, including safety, engineering, loss prevention, quality assurance, and human resources, to develop plans that meet business objectives
- Support, mentor, and motivate your team members to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance
- Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations and priorities while maintaining a high level of productivity and focus
- Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, as required by the role
- Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts, working in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud
- Work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather, with continuous climbing and descending of stairs (applies to sites with stairs)
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations and priorities
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in live chat software and technology
