About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials, and guide customers through the ordering procedure online.
• Address and resolve post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping, and work with outside shipping contractors to resolve international concerns.
• Utilize a range of software tools to address customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with other teams to achieve specific department goals and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Requirements:

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• A high school diploma or equivalent; two or more years of experience in the retail, service, or customer service industries.
• Proficient in basic math, with the ability to compute refunds, apply discounts, and calculate percentages.
• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to clearly and concisely communicate in writing and speech, as well as listen to and interpret customer needs.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization abilities, with the flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings.
• A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy, with experience working under pressure in a high-volume environment while maintaining standards for productivity, quality, and service.
• A working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Internet Explorer.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Fluency in one of the following languages: English, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, or Russian. If you have experience working with luxury goods or have a background in customer service, we encourage you to apply.
