Key Responsibilities

• Support the paid media investigation capability by analyzing data and identifying trends and opportunities
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and product, to drive business outcomes and improve marketing efficiencies
• Design and lead the development of analytics, BI, and data science projects to enhance paid media and marketing performance
• Work with data science teams to implement media mix models and analyze results
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide recommendations to drive business action
• Utilize SQL, MicroStrategy, Tableau, Excel, and other reporting tools to create and maintain scheduled and ad-hoc reports
• Analyze data to identify business problems and conduct deep dives to perform root cause analysis
• Collaborate with stakeholders to leverage data (internal and external) and address complex business challenges
• Conceptualize and run investigations that generate insights on customer behavior and customer needs to inform product development and improvement

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, economics, computer science, mathematics, statistics)
• Experience in business intelligence, analytics, or consulting in an e-commerce environment or related field
• Advanced SQL skills
• Experience with industry analysis and metrics visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, QuickSight, PowerBI)
• Proficiency in Excel with a proven track record
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
