Job Description and Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry and Client Care Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. This is a remote position that requires you to work from home, with a flexible reduced-hour schedule that may start and end outside of traditional business hours. You will be expected to work 30-39 hours per week, with the possibility of extra or fewer hours due to business requirements.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Assisting clients and other counselors via phone, email, and online with billing/insurance checks, product, or service questions
  • Managing both inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume call center environment
  • Proactively identifying solutions to questions and concerns that our clients may have in every interaction
  • Taking an engaged approach to resolving each issue, owning it from start to finish or escalating to pharmacists and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary
  • Providing top-tier customer service experience to our clients while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Assisting with responding to client inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as needed

  • Serving clients promptly to ensure that we are building a long-term relationship with them

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
