Bookseller – Amazon Store
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Bookseller to join the Barnes & Noble team! As a Bookseller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, as well as assisting in the daily operations of the store. To be successful in this role, you should be knowledgeable about books and literature, have excellent interpersonal skills, and be passionate about helping customers find the perfect book for them. The ideal candidate will also have previous retail experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Responsibilities: Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service. Assist customers in finding the perfect book for their needs. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of books and literature. Stock shelves, organize displays, and conduct inventory. Process payments and transactions at the cash register. Answer customer inquiries and address complaints. Assist in daily operations of the store. Adhere to safety and security protocols. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow company policies and procedures.
