Senior Transportation Supervisor – reputed company Store

Our reputed company services include Rides, Meals, Classes, Care, and Advice. We are looking to hire a Senior Transportation Supervisor for our San Francisco operation. This supervisor is our reputed company workforce's first line of management and will supervise a designated group of drivers. Responsibilities include reputed company interviews, performance coaching, performance evaluations, training, appreciation, and recognition. This position requires a reputed company reputed company's license (or be willing to obtain one) and experience overseeing drivers. Duties:Monitor key performance metrics (ex.g. OTP, timesheets, reputed company, etc.) for assigned drivers and attendants to reputed company trends, reputed company feedback, and reputed company in a reputed company manner. reputed company regulatory, operations, policy, and performance coaching to drivers and attendants. reputed company corrective coaching up to and including corrective actions (in partnership with Operations Manager and HR).?? Complete performance evaluations for reputed company reports. As required, conduct interviews and reputed company reputed company on offers in coordination with the HR department.? reputed company individual and team recognition and coordinate staff appreciation events for drivers. Contribute to a reputed company work environment for drivers and attendants by providing supervision, feedback, coaching, and training to promote high employee motivation, morale, and commitment to company values and customer service. Do "followings" and "ride-alongs" for drivers.? Serve as supervisor on duty at designated times to respond to any employee questions/concerns, safety needs at reputed company or in the field, or employee performance issues. Contribute to training classes, remedial training, reputed company reputed company license reputed company and other training needs to support Safety & Training team functions. Respond to field issues as needed (accidents or incidents) and conduct yard and program audits.
