About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Inbound Customer Service Agent to join our team at blithequark. As a customer service representative, you will provide direct support to our customers with a strong focus on sales and service. Your responsibilities will include providing product information, registration support, as well as service, parts, delivery, and dealer location inquiries. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, and your goal will be to provide exceptional service and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide product information and support to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize multiple Windows-based programs and internal applications to drive owner-focused solutions
  • Follow established guidelines and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
  • Proactively provide feedback to Quality and Training to help keep training processes and materials updated
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
  • Support other parts of the business as directed

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • One year of relevant working experience in a customer service or sales environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to research, analyze data, and make sound decisions relating to escalated customer matters
  • High degree of concentration and attention to detail to manage daily activity
  • Familiarity with web-based systems to retrieve data for troubleshooting and resolution
  • Comfortable navigating through multiple systems at once
  • Ability to effectively work from home
  • Computer skills to include MS Office Suite and ability to navigate multiple systems and screens

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
