About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Operations Support Associate to join reputed company. As an Ops Support Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our Care Operations team is set up to support our patients. You will own completing our backend operational support processes, ensuring patient ECM and CHW program authorization and reputed company enrollment, reputed company while creating a reputed company of process efficiency and improvement. This is a remote, full-time position that requires a quiet, HIPAA-compliant, and internet-connected workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Own key Ops Support initiatives and proactively monitor and report on key operational support processes and metrics

• Complete and monitor ECM and CHW program authorizations and annual reauthorizations to ensure enrollment and continuation of care
• Work with partnered health plans to understand program denials and flag any enrollment issues

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 1+ years of backend operations experience in a fast-paced reputed company environment, providing administrative and operational support
• Confidence to own your role and propose solutions to be successful
• A results-driven attitude with a proven reputed company record of exceeding performance indicators
