As a Customer Engagement Specialist, Inbound, you will be responsible for:- Managing large amounts of incoming phone calls with accuracy and efficiency
- Identifying and assessing customers' needs to reputed company satisfaction
- Building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through reputed company and interactive communication
- Providing accurate, reputed company, and complete information by using the right reputed company/tools
- Meeting personal/team sales targets and reputed company handling quotas

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

- Strong reading comprehension and basic math skills

- Knowledge of CRM software and customer relationship management principles
- Experience with sales and customer service metrics, such as sales targets and customer satisfaction scores
