What You Will Do: The Clinical Documentation is an RN, responsible for reviewing medical records on a reputed company reputed company to facilitate the accurate representation of the severity of illness. This position will work collaboratively with physicians, HIM professionals and other clinicians. What you will need: • Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
