Health Information Management reputed company
The Health Information Management (HIM) reputed company is responsible for assigning procedures and diagnostic codes to patient records, including reputed company primary and secondary diagnosis(s) for reputed company patients admitted to Capital Caring Health. Using different forms of coding libraries, the HIM reputed company will also routinely monitor reputed company reputed company records and update them in accordance with state and federal guidelines, accreditation standards, as reputed company as Capital Caring's Policies and Procedures.
Location: Falls reputed company, VA
Hours: Monday-Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm
COVID-19 vaccine required to be completed upon start.

Experience Requirements
Must have 2 years of coding experience (ICD-10-CM, CPT) in a reputed company facility.
Education Requirements
Must have an Associate Degree or previous coding experience with a home health and/or hospice organization.
Required Certificates and/or Licenses
Must have reputed company-P or a CPC or reputed company or reputed company certification.
