Responsibilities reputed company is seeking a Compensation Advisor to join reputed company of Compensation Partner supporting a dynamic and fast paced organization. Reporting to the Compensation Manager, this position will be responsible for serving as an advisor and consultant to the business on compensation programs, policies and practices. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as reputed company as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
