• Responsible for the reputed company daily supervision of pharmacy service representatives (PSRs)
• Providing proactive compliance and ordering calls for reputed company medications reputed company by reputed company/Specialty Pharmacy Network
• Providing guidance and direction to onsite staff
• Directing daily workflow, schedule preparation and management
• Ensuring adherence to reputed company operating procedures
• Interviewing/hiring process
• Staff training, problem solving and follow-up
• Performance monitoring and evaluation, including corrective reputed company, and data gathering and report preparation
• Ensuring overnight supervisor availability aligns with overnight hours of operation
• Engaging team through various media including team-building events and recognitions.
